Katie McMahon (she/ they) is an illustrator and a comic creator, and is the author of “Making Faces at Myself”, a graphic memoir that approaches the joys and challenges of the everyday with humor and sincerity. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Katie currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia and is slowly adapting to the intense summer temperatures. The land she makes art on belongs to the Muskogee Creek tribe, and she is there because it was taken from them by the United States government. To support the rightful residents of this land, please visit the Lower Muskogee Tribe’s website.
Katie enjoys reading comics, playing board games and RPGs, drinking fair trade tea and coffee, discussing feminism and social justice, and cracking the best groan-worthy jokes the internet has to offer.
What do you call the aggressive ghost of a chicken?
